Massage Therapy and Athletic Training rates listed above are self-pay. We also accept HSA cards.

Prime can provide a SuperBill for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits for massage and athletic training. Please note, this does not guarantee reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider and request a bill at the time of service if this is of interest to you.

Physical Therapy services are provided by Precision PT. They are paneled with insurance providers.
