As a dual-licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer, I am dedicated to helping individuals move better, build strength, recover from injury, and maintain an active lifestyle at every stage of life. My treatment philosophy is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, and I am passionate about promoting healthy aging, improving function, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Originally from Canada, I spent nearly a decade competing in varsity rugby while earning my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, followed by a year on the provincial team, and then playing for my local club. My experiences as an athlete fueled a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human body and inspired my career in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and performance. Through a combination of hands-on treatment, movement-based strategies, and education, I strive to empower clients to achieve their goals and return to the activities they love!

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, training for a sport, or simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is to help you build a stronger, healthier, and more resilient body. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me exploring the trails, either running or hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest
